Swift Staffing Agency hired MDC to help its business grow. Although the company had a good reputation, they had no marketing tools in place to execute a marketing program. Melanie created a logo, brochure and website for the company as well as a tag line to position the company as an on demand resource for reliable human service staffing. MDC also developed a direct mail campaign utilizing email as well as traditional direct mail to reach human service providers. As a result of MDC's marketing program, Swift was able to add several new clients, growing its client base significantly.
